Summer Lovin: Flip Flops

I've made a promise to myself that I will not live all summer in flip flops. I even bought myself some really cute, kinda expensive platform wedges to make sure this didn't happen. However, if I was going to live in a pair of flip flops, it would be these Sanuk Yoga Mat Sandals. They are a friend to your feet when no one else will be. You really should have at least have one pair. (I just nabbed myself those turquoise cuties) And yes they are made from real yoga mat! HEAVEN!

Remember these yellow shoes I was lusting after? I was all ready to buy, but they are sold out. Everywhere!! So, so bummed. (If any of you know where to get them, I'd love ya for it). Friday Favs: Color Block

It took me all day because the weather was just too nice not to be lazy today, but dagnabbit I told you I'd get this post up today and here it is!!

Today's Friday fav's are all about the color blocking trend that rocked the Spring runways.  If you can't tell, I'm kinda crazy for color lately, so this trend makes me a very happy girl.  What makes me even happier? Colorful Sandals

It's 85 degrees here today and we are headed to the beach soon. I LOVE that it is sandal weather again!! Another favorite way to add a pop of color to my outfit is with shoes. Since color (and a lot of it) seems to be the trend, these colorful sandals are perfect. Don't you think?

Friday Favs: Ballerina Style

 It's Friday, it's Friday! Can you tell I'm excited? It's been a heck of a week. Again! It's always had when husband is out of town a lot. We have some possible life changes coming up and I'm exhausted just thinking about it! I've felt like I'm two steps behind everything all week. So this weekend I am sticking around home and trying to get things caught up.

One thing I will be doing this weekend is watching the Oscars! Are you planning to watch? I can't wait to talk about all the glitz and glam on the red carpet!  Who are your favorites? Yellow Shoes

I've always had a secret crush on cute yellow shoes, then a couple years back I saw this photo (above) and those shoes on The Sartorialist's blog and knew I needed some. Can you believe I still don't have any? However, these Jeffrey Campbell mustard wedges are calling my name. Considering my new found love for yellow I think I MUST indulge.

Happy Friday! I couldn't help myself, but it's the last Friday I can don pink, red, and hearts together for a while.
I have some sick babies, so we're sticking closer to home this weekend, but we have some family coming into town that we're really excited to see. Spring is definitely in the air because I have been wearing short sleeves and sandals all week! Though I have been missing the cold, I can't deny that it is beautiful! Friday you sneaky devil you snuck up on me again! Although I'm not complaining:) This weekend I am putting away Christmas! There I said it, it's in writing, so I can't undo it! It's 2011 and finally things are starting to get back to normal. With the holidays I am so disoriented that I almost forgot that it was Friday tomorrow. It's like finding 20 bucks in my pocket! The best part is that I have a ton of fun Friday Favorites to share over the next couple weeks. Yay! So let's get started:
