Tiny Animal Rings

Anyone who knows me well knows that I have a fetish for two things: rings and miniatures.  Oh and shoes...so three things, but who doesn't love shoes?  So you can imagine my delight to see two of my favorite things together.  Aren't these tiny animal rings darling?  I'm smitten with the little bird and giraffe, but I would happily take any of them.  (Did you get that honey?)

Resin Rings

I'm a sucker for statement rings, so naturally I was smitten with these resin rings by Hotcakes Design the moment I saw them. The coolest part is that there are a ton of different vintage looking designs to choose from. I'd have to own several of these as I couldn't just choose one (although that peacock one...). Mismatched Earrings

Not many people know this about me, but I have a bit of an obsession for mismatched earrings. I have a whole host of really bad neon 90's mismatched earrings that I just can't get myself to get rid of. I've noticed some celebs wearing this look on the red carpet and I'm ecstatic! What do you think dears? Would you rock this trend?

Happy Friday darlings. What are you up to this weekend? It's been so nice out that I'm thinking a trip to the farmers market might be in order for us. There's been a lot of traveling going on here at our house, so I'm just happy to have everyone home!

I have always wanted to go on a hot air balloon ride, but never had the chance to. For now I can swoon over this pendant and that locket! The perfect cure for a cold and rainy day:)  Dears have you ever ridden in a hot air balloon?

Friday Favs: Ballerina Style

 It's Friday, it's Friday! Can you tell I'm excited? It's been a heck of a week. Again! It's always had when husband is out of town a lot. We have some possible life changes coming up and I'm exhausted just thinking about it! I've felt like I'm two steps behind everything all week. So this weekend I am sticking around home and trying to get things caught up.

One thing I will be doing this weekend is watching the Oscars! Are you planning to watch? I can't wait to talk about all the glitz and glam on the red carpet!  Who are your favorites? What are your thoughts about unconventional wedding rings? I have to say that I'm kind of smitten with the idea. I love the idea of having something totally unique and one of a kind as a symbol love. Afterall, that person is special enough to be the one you've given your heart to. Right?

I love, love these rings! The raw cut diamond is my favorite, but the sapphire is totally tugging at my heartstrings (it's my birthstone). Would you wear them as wedding rings?

Spring is definitely in the air because I have been wearing short sleeves and sandals all week! Though I have been missing the cold, I can't deny that it is beautiful! For whatever reason too, it's getting my creative juices flowing. I have been so inspired this week by all of your blogs! It's 2011 and finally things are starting to get back to normal. With the holidays I am so disoriented that I almost forgot that it was Friday tomorrow. It's like finding 20 bucks in my pocket!
